1.负责职责区域内的帐实相符/FIFO/定置定位/的管理。

Responsible for accounting /FIFO/ location/management in the area of responsibility.

2.负责职责区域内的项目规划和实施（包括器具）。

Responsible for project planning and implementation (including equipment) in the area of responsibility

3.负责职责区域内的物流设备和设施管理。

Responsible for logistics equipment and facility management in responsible area.

4.参与公司新项目原材料、成品包装与运输规划。

Participate in the company's new project raw material, finished product packaging and transportation planning.

5.参与公司新项目物流线边布置与上线方案规划。

Participate in the company's new project logistics line layout and online planning.

6.参与公司新项目实物流与信息流规划工作。

Participate in the material flow and information flow planning of new projects.

7.负责供应商破损、不合格包装的抱怨，监督整改工作。

Responsible for supplier's complaint of damaged and unqualified packing, supervise the rectification work.

二、项目规划

Project Planning

负责分厂物流各环节日常优化，保证规划与实际运行的一致性，保证物流高效安全运转，降低物流成本。

Be responsible for daily optimization of logistics links in branch factories, ensure consistency between planning and actual operation, ensure efficient and safe operation of logistics, and reduce logistics costs.

三、包装规划

Packaging planning

1.自制件工位器具和一次性包装的规划，项目跟踪。

Plan and follow up the project of diy work station equipment and disposable packaging.

2.供应商的包装认可和优化。

Supplier packaging approval and optimization.

3.负责对分厂供应商器具的优化以及批量问题整改跟踪。

Be responsible for supplier's tool optimization and batch problem rectification and tracking.

四、物流器具管理

Logistics equipment management

1.负责分厂自有器具的优化、日常维修保养及内外部客户关于器具问题的整改跟踪，降低客户抱怨。

Be responsible for the optimization and daily maintenance of our own appliances and the rectification and tracking of internal and external customers, reduce customer complaints.

2.负责分厂非准时化等临时包装评审确认及发运工作。

Be responsible for the temporary package review and delivery of non-on-time parts.

五、入口送货卡车的管理和厂内叉车、牵引车的管理 。
