position overview
• develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet established sales or market share targets
• tremendous first-hand opportunity from 0 to 1 and from china to worldwide
• based in beijing; new employee induction in tianjin for the first three months
responsibilities:
• design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and plans aligned to the business objectives, consumer insights and competitor analysis, through website, social media, kol and etc.
• define and implement a comprehensive and measurable content plan to maximize attraction, conversion and retention.
• track program results for continuous improvement, and evaluate and introduce new techniques and tools that can improve campaign performance and/or roi.
• guide and support overseas marketing teams to develop and execute local digital marketing strategies
• vendor management
• budget management
requirements:
• over 5 years successful b2c marketing experience running global/local multi-channel and multi-audience campaigns. experience of consumer electronics, sports, outdoor equipment are preferred.
• a strong background in campaign marketing, with a focus on demand generation, database marketing and content marketing
• good data, crm and analytical capabilities
• excellent verbal, written and visual communications skills and interpersonal skills
• ability to build relationships and manage external vendors
• ba / bs in marketing or equivalent working experience
• water sports fans are preferred
• leadership skills
